Greg has owned and operated his bed manufacturing and import business in Queensland for over 5 years. His business focuses on electronic adjustable beds, servicing the aged care and disability sectors in particular.
The challenge
Due to increased demand 5 months ago, Greg wanted to manufacture and import a new range of bedding products to service customer needs, but needed to get access to capital to be able to pay for the order. With another short term loan product in the mix and serviceability to contend with, Greg needed a partner he could work with to negotiate a pathway with lenders to secure the funding.
The result
A business line of credit was successfully procured for $160,000. This was largely thanks to Nadine being able to model a cash flow forecast that should the lender serviceability could be met, while consolidating other business loans into one product, again making serviceability easier. With funding in place, Greg’s business is now well set up for growth.
